API Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all use of Speedx Services APIs, credentials and infrastructure.

1. Permitted Use

APIs may be used only for the integration scope agreed in your written commercial agreement, using valid credentials and whitelisted servers.

2. Prohibited Activities

• Unauthorised access, reverse engineering or probing of the API beyond your agreed scope.
• Sharing, reselling or exposing API credentials in client-side or public code.
• Exceeding agreed rate limits or attempting to bypass security controls.
• Using the API for unlawful activity or in breach of applicable gaming regulations.
• Interfering with the integrity, availability or performance of the service.

3. Security Responsibilities

Clients must store secrets in secure, backend-only configuration, keep credentials confidential, and report suspected compromise immediately.

4. Enforcement

We may suspend or revoke credentials, restrict access, or terminate services for breaches of this policy, in accordance with the commercial agreement.
