Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the general approach to refunds and cancellations for Speedx Services services. Specific terms are governed by your written commercial agreement.

1. Service-Based Charges

Development, setup, customization, integration and infrastructure work is typically delivered against agreed milestones. Fees for work already performed are generally non-refundable.

2. API Usage Fees

The 10% API usage fee relates to operations already processed through the API and is generally non-refundable once the operation has occurred.

3. Cancellation

Either party may cancel services in accordance with the notice terms in the written commercial agreement. Outstanding amounts for delivered work and processed operations remain payable.

4. Exceptions

Where required by applicable law, or where expressly agreed in writing, alternative refund arrangements may apply.
