Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Speedx Services website and services. Access to APIs, credentials and production environments is additionally subject to a signed written commercial agreement.

1. Services

Speedx Services provides gaming APIs and related integration, development and support services. Availability of any specific game, feature or capability depends on the selected package and commercial agreement.

2. Eligibility & Compliance

Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of our services complies with all applicable laws, licences and regulatory requirements in their operating jurisdictions. See our Compliance Notice.

3. Fees

A flat 10% API service fee applies to the monetary amount involved in each applicable game operation. Additional development, setup, customization, infrastructure, licensing, integration, maintenance or service charges may apply at a flat rate of 30% plus applicable taxes. Full details are set out in the Pricing Policy and confirmed in the written commercial agreement.

4. Acceptable Use

Use of the APIs is subject to our API Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or revoke credentials for breaches.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights in our platform, documentation and APIs remain with Speedx Services or its licensors. Source-code availability depends on the selected service and signed agreement.

6. Warranties & Liability

Services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and limit liability as set out in the written commercial agreement.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
