Pricing Policy

This Pricing Policy explains how charges are calculated for Speedx Services game API services. Final pricing is always confirmed in a written commercial agreement before production activation.

1. API Usage Fee — 10%

A flat 10% API service fee is calculated on the monetary amount involved in each applicable game operation processed through the API.

• It is not simply a fixed charge for making an HTTP request.
• The 10% fee applies to the transaction or operational amount processed through the API.
• The fee is calculated for each applicable game operation.
• The final calculation may depend on the commercial agreement and implementation model.

Example: if an applicable game operation has a value of £100, the API service fee would be £10.

2. Additional Service Charge — 30% + Taxes

Additional development, setup, customization, infrastructure, licensing, integration, maintenance or service charges may be charged at a flat rate of 30%, plus applicable taxes, depending on the project scope and written commercial agreement.

3. Written Agreement

All fees, billing cycles, settlement terms, taxes, minimum commitments, infrastructure costs and applicable services will be confirmed in a written commercial agreement before production activation. There are no misleading free-plan claims or hidden charges.
